I've found this to be a very flexible, easy, tasty meal.
1-2 bags of frozen veggies, or 2-4 cans of veggies, or a combination
1-2 ramen packs
Soy sauce to taste (1-5 shakes)
Cooking oil (supplemented with bacon grease if available)
Optional Protein of choice - leftover meat works great
Start water for Ramen boiling.
Slow cook veggies in wok/no-stick pan with a little cooking oil or bacon grease. (Remember frozen food, especially large pieces, take a while to thaw all the way thru.)
After the veggies are started, break the ramen into small pieces and boil until cooked. DO NOT add seasoning.
When the veggies are cooked through, drain the noodles and add them and any to the veggies in the frying pan. Add protein of choice if you have one. Open seasoning packs sprinkle over everything, then 1-5 shakes of soy sauce. Mix well. Add a little more oil/grease if needed.
Cook 2 minutes over a medium heat stirring frequently, then serve immediately.
